Do I need to have a boat-name logo?
No. This service is for boat owners who have the name but need its visual identity created. Share the name, its meaning, and any style preferences you already have.
How many design directions and revisions are included?
The $99 Essential package includes one custom design direction. The $199 Custom Identity and $329 Crew Set packages include three initial design directions. Unlimited revisions are included in all three packages to refine the chosen direction before final approval. Once the final design is approved, additional changes, a different direction, or a new concept are quoted separately.
Can you create a custom boat illustration?
Yes. Detailed boat illustrations, portraits of your boat, and complex custom artwork are quoted separately because they require more design time than a boat-name identity. Email your ideas or reference photos for a custom quote.
Is the final artwork automatically traced?
No. The approved design is manually created and refined as clean vector artwork. Automatic tracing is not used to prepare the final files.
Does the $329 package include physical products?
Yes. It includes one shirt, one embroidered hat, and two matching can coolers featuring the approved Sheraton Vector Studio boat-name design. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included.
Will I approve the products before they are made?
Yes. Digital product proofs will be sent by email before the personalized shirt, hat, and can coolers are submitted for production.
Will I receive an embroidery file?
No downloadable embroidery or digitizing file is included. When needed, Sheraton Vector Studio prepares an embroidery-ready adaptation solely for use on the included hat, and the production provider handles the final digitizing and production setup.
Can I use my files with a boat-lettering provider?
You will receive professional vector files ready to send to a boat-lettering provider. Because installation methods and production specifications vary, your selected provider should confirm the exact size, material, and manufacturing requirements before production.
Can I order additional products later?
Yes. Additional available products may be requested using the boat-name identity created by Sheraton Vector Studio. Product availability and pricing will be confirmed by email.
Can personalized crew products be returned?
Because each item is personalized with your approved boat-name design, returns or exchanges are not available for a change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, email Sheraton Vector Studio within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs. Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund for the affected item will be provided as appropriate.
How is the project handled?
Communication, design review, revisions, and approvals are handled by email. Sheraton Vector Studio remains available by email if you need help after the service is completed.
