Production-Ready Logo Vectorization
For debossing, embossing, foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, and die making.
Your artwork may look finished—but that does not mean it is ready for physical production.
Fine lines can disappear. Small gaps can fill in. Tiny details can become muddy. A file can technically be vector artwork and still cause problems when it reaches a die maker, engraver, printer, stationer, or production vendor.
I prepare the artwork for what has to happen next—not just for how it looks on screen.
Already have a logo, seal, monogram, wordmark, crest, or other artwork that needs to work for debossing, embossing, foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, or die making?
I provide manual logo vectorization and prepare existing artwork as clean, production-ready vector artwork for professional and luxury applications, including law firm stationery, corporate seals, attorney embossers, premium business stationery, monograms, packaging, leather goods, engraved products, and specialty printing.
Whether you are starting with artwork created in ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva, a PNG/JPG, screenshot, PDF, or an unsuitable vector file, I can manually rebuild and prepare the artwork for the production process you actually need.

Choose Your Production Package
Which Option Should I Choose?
Need one production-specific version?
Choose Single Production Version — $299.
Need separate versions for different production uses?
Choose Multi-Version Production Package — $599.
Have a highly detailed seal, crest, or complicated source file?
Send the artwork first for a free production review so I can confirm whether one of the standard packages fits.
Single Production Version — $299
For existing artwork that needs one production-specific version, such as debossing, embossing, foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, or die production.
Before You Choose This Package
I may need to change small details in your artwork so it can reproduce cleanly.
If a line is too thin, a gap is too tight, or a detail is too small for the production method, keeping it exactly as-is may create a poor result.
If preserving every tiny visual detail matters more than adapting the artwork for production, this service may not be the right fit.
Multi-Version Production Package — $599
For artwork requiring multiple production versions, such as full-color artwork plus a separate one-color deboss, foil, engraving, or simplified production version.
Before You Choose This Package
The production versions may not all look identical.
A full-color logo can sometimes keep details that a deboss, foil, engraving, or small-size version cannot reproduce cleanly. I may simplify or adjust those versions so each one works better for its actual process.
The goal is consistency across uses—not forcing one file to do a job it was not built to do.
Complex Seals, Crests & Highly Detailed Artwork
More detailed artwork is reviewed first because complexity, small details, finished size, and production requirements can change what is realistically possible.
Send the artwork before ordering. I will tell you whether a standard package fits and what may need to change for production.
Recent Production-Ready Seal & Wordmark Project
A recent law-firm project required separate artwork for full-color use and specialty production, including a one-color deboss version and a simplified production version.
Fine details, spacing, line thickness, overlapping elements, lettering, and finished sizing were reviewed and adjusted so the seal and wordmark would work correctly at the client's requested production sizes.

Each version was prepared for its actual production use—not simply saved in a different file format.
“You and another service out of NYC were recommended. You responded first and at a better price, so the choice, for me, was easy. I am happy and pleased with your work.”

Production-Ready Artwork—Not Just Logo Vectorization
A file can technically be a vector and still not be suitable for embossing, foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, or die production.
Your artwork can be manually reviewed and prepared for:
- Clean, closed vector paths
- Production-ready line art
- Exact finished sizing
- Minimum line thickness and spacing requirements
- Small-detail cleanup or simplification
- One-color deboss or emboss versions
- Foil-stamping artwork preparation
- Vector art for engraving and etching
- Letterpress artwork preparation
- Outlined fonts and outlined lettering
- Separate production versions when required
- Manufacturer, printer, engraver, stationer, or die-maker specifications
Why Production Preparation Matters
The production process has physical limits that a screen does not.
A thin line that looks perfect at 400% zoom may disappear in foil. A tiny gap may close during debossing. A detailed crest may need simplification when reduced to a smaller finished size.
I review the artwork with the intended process in mind so those problems can be addressed before the file reaches production.
The goal is fewer surprises when the artwork leaves the screen and becomes a physical product.
Seals, Monograms, Wordmarks & Specialty Artwork
This service is for existing artwork that needs to be adapted and prepared correctly for a physical production process rather than redesigned from scratch.
Projects may include:
- Law firm and professional-service seals
- Corporate seal vector artwork
- Attorney embosser artwork
- Monogram vector files
- Wordmark vector cleanup
- Seal and crest vector preparation
- Luxury stationery artwork
- Premium business stationery
- Packaging and leather-goods artwork
- Engraving and specialty-production artwork
More Than a Premade Font
If the original font is unknown or unavailable, the lettering can be manually recreated and refined as vector artwork.
This allows the wordmark or lettering to be rebuilt cleanly instead of relying on a substituted font that may not match the original artwork.
If you know the exact font used in your artwork or have the font file, include it for review and I can work with that instead.
Final lettering can also be converted to clean vector curves or outlines so your production file does not depend on the printer, engraver, or manufacturer having the same font installed.
Production-Ready Vector Files
Final files may include:
SVG, EPS, vector PDF, transparent PNG, and JPG reference files, depending on the project, production method, and manufacturer requirements.
When required, separate files can be prepared for full-color use, foil stamping, debossing, embossing, engraving, letterpress, or die production.
Files can also be prepared at the required finished size with outlined lettering, clean vector paths, appropriate color setup, and simplified one-color production artwork when needed.
Hand-Verified Vector Certificate Included
Your finished vector artwork is manually checked before delivery and includes a certificate confirming that the final vector files were reviewed and prepared for professional use.

Logo Vectorization & Production Artwork Questions
What is logo vectorization?
Logo vectorization is the process of manually rebuilding pixel-based artwork as clean, scalable vector paths. The finished artwork can then be resized and prepared for debossing, embossing, foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, or die making.
What does debossing mean?
Debossing presses artwork into the surface of a material to create a recessed impression. The production artwork normally requires clean vector paths, sufficient spacing, suitable line thickness, and simplified small details.
What is foil stamping in printing?
Foil stamping uses heat, pressure, and a metal die to apply foil to paper, packaging, leather, or another surface. The artwork usually requires a clean one-color vector version with lettering converted to curves.
Can you vectorize my logo for embossing or foil stamping?
Yes. I can manually vectorize your existing logo and prepare separate artwork for embossing, debossing, foil stamping, engraving, or die production according to your manufacturer's specifications.
Can you work from a JPG, PNG, screenshot, or AI-generated logo?
Yes. Artwork can be manually rebuilt from a low-resolution JPG or PNG, screenshot, flattened PDF, Canva design, or AI-generated logo when enough visual information is available.
Will my production version look exactly like my original logo?
Not always. If the original contains details that are too fine, too close together, or unsuitable for the intended production method, I may recommend simplifying or adjusting those details. The purpose is to preserve the identity while making the artwork more reliable for production.
