After you order the Crew Set, Sheraton Vector Studio will email you to confirm available shirt size and color, hat color, regular-can or slim-can cooler preference, and the placement of your approved design.
Digital product proofs are sent before the personalized products are submitted for production. Items may ship separately if produced by different specialized partners.
Why the Complete File Package Matters
Different providers may request different formats. Supplying professional files from the beginning helps your design work correctly for future uses and can prevent paying to have it rebuilt later.
Common Questions
How many design concepts and revisions are included?
The $129 Essential package includes one custom design concept. The $229 Custom Identity and $329 Crew Set packages include three different initial design concepts to choose from. Unlimited revisions are included to refine the chosen concept before final approval. Completely new concepts after a concept is selected are quoted separately.
Can I use my files with a boat-lettering provider?
Yes. You receive professional vector files ready to send to a boat-lettering provider. Your selected provider should confirm exact size, material and manufacturing requirements before production.
Can I use my approved logo on products later?
Yes. With any package, I can help prepare and place your approved logo on available Sheraton Luxuries custom-logo products such as shirts, hats and can coolers. Product costs are separate unless they are included in the Crew Set.
Is the final artwork automatically traced?
No. The approved design is manually created and refined as clean vector artwork. Automatic tracing is not used to prepare the final files.
Can you create a custom boat illustration too?
Yes. Detailed boat illustrations are a separate service because they require more design time than a boat-name identity.
Will I approve crew products before they are made?
Yes. Digital product proofs are sent by email before production.
Who will I work with?
